The Paragraph


                                  THE PARAGRAPH


1. Please define what is a paragraph.?


     A paragraph is the structure of a text where is grouped all sentences together,therefore each one has the same subject and objective for developing a story.


2. What are the three main parts of a paragraph?




Formal academic English says the paragraphs have three principal parts


The topic sentence
Supporting Sentences
The concluding sentence.


3. Identify some characteristics of the topic sentence.




   Basically it is the most important part in the paragraph where it should comes at the beginning of the text,although sometimes it isn't so clear one self must describe the principal ideas inside of the paragraph for making a good job.



4. Identify some characteristics of the supporting sentences.


  While you describe the paragraph you must include words and phrases that it helps to the readers to understand the meaning and be specific with the main sentences and it would be most clearly in another way.



5. Identify some characteristics of the concluding sentence.




   At the end of the paragraph, the correct form of finalize your text is making a summarize where you reorganize the point where you wished explain.






6. Write one topic sentence for each of the following topics:


Your hometown

  The Public Colleges have been making dialogues for a change of the education's rules in bogota.

A place you would like to travel to.

BIOGRAPHY OF TOM DELONGE


1. I decided to talk about Thomas Matthew DeLonge ,
2.Tom delonge was born in San Diego California on December 13, 1975 therefore He is thirty nine years old, his parents are Connie and Thomas Delonge SR Tom has two brothers that they're shon and Kari, When He was fifteen an old friend  gave him a guitar because Tom just started to like punk rock music and after He decided to learn play guitar and founded Blink 182 in 1992 but the band became huge and famous in 1998.

Tom has written the most of his own songs, and also He is considered one of most importants guitarists that ever been, and with a pair of crazy dudes as they are Mark and travis they have one great band where they have been in a lot of countries with their terrific perfomance, some awards have been won for his goals.

 3. Tom lives in San diego, CA  with his wife Jen and his daughter Elizabeth in  a huge house where He creates his songs
 and has his own studio too.

4. some accomplishments as:
He directed some music videos like taking back sunday or other bands ,however He has had free time for created other bands like they are Box car racer and angels and airwaves according to this He did a special documentaries about his bands like The Urethra Cronicles and The Urethra Cronicles II Harder Faster Faster Harder.

If I change the topic, I'd talk too about policy in addition Tom has been active in politics by the way He campaigned for Barack Obama in 2008, when Obama was running for presidential election He used Tom's song The adventure while on the campaign trail.

5. Tom Delonge is a big influence for a lot of bands because He was the first person who created the bases of guitar for making Pop Punk and after that there are so many kind of bands who are still carry on with this work

6. In my opinion, Tom Delonge is a huge influence for me because thanks to him I really like punk rock and pop punk music and He is like my hero due to I have grown with his songs

Passive Voice and Conditionals".

1.The passive tense is used because..
It's another form of speak emphasize in something more important than the subject.
2.When do we use the passive voice?
 We used passive voice when we talk about the action and the person who did it is not important and we want to emphasize in the object, also when the person is unknown or only we want to change the order of the tense.for adding when someone does not want to confess something one can talk in passive for hide the true.

PRESENT TENSE is Object+To be (present)+Past Participle+(by + subject)* *If needed.

PAST TENSE is  OBJECT + To Be (Past) + Past Participle + By + Subject

PRESENT PROGRESSIVE is Object + To be (Present)+ Verb to be (present+ ing) + Past Participle + by + Subject
