Passive Voice and Conditionals".

1.The passive tense is used because..
It's another form of speak emphasize in something more important than the subject.
2.When do we use the passive voice?
 We used passive voice when we talk about the action and the person who did it is not important and we want to emphasize in the object, also when the person is unknown or only we want to change the order of the tense.for adding when someone does not want to confess something one can talk in passive for hide the true. 
3.. The structure to use the passive voice in the

PRESENT TENSE is Object+To be (present)+Past Participle+(by + subject)* *If needed.

PAST TENSE is  OBJECT + To Be (Past) + Past Participle + By + Subject

PRESENT PROGRESSIVE is Object + To be (Present)+ Verb to be (present+ ing) + Past Participle + by + Subject

In second conditional we use hypothetical situation or situations where oneself is incluided in the tense making a comparative with another one.

For instance:
  If I were a woman, I'd dress up very flamboyant!
  I Would talk her If I wasn't so shy!

When we talk about third conditional we describe past tense or something that it never happened but we wished it was.
Past Perfect + (Would Have/ Should Have/ Could Have/ Might Have) + Past Participle
